Job Description:
Seek new clients in
U.S.
and
Europe. Must contact each prospective customer
to determine specific shipping needs from the
U.S.
to
Great
Britain
and
Europe
and return. Develop individual plans for each client, existing &
prospective. Maintain client contact by phone, mail, e-mail & personal
visits. Must have knowledge and experience in the international airfreight and
courier industry in both
U.S.
and
U.K.
and E.U. import export customs procedures. Must have experience working with
U.K. couriers to handle the import traffic from the U.K., and export traffic to
U.K. must have experience coordinating with the London hub for courier activity
from there to the rest of Europe. Three years experience required.
Must use the following equipment. Relayer (courier computer software),
Microsoft word,excel,ACT,
OAG,
U.S.
Automaps, Auto route, Metafour, Eureka 2000 (access based version). Must
develop routing using the official airline guide. 3 years experience in this
market required. $28.73 per hour / 40 hours per week
